Q: Do you accept Cash On Delivery?

A: No we don't. We accept a wide variety of payments such as Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Paypal.

Q: How long before I receive my goods?

A: All items are subject to a handling period before they are dispatched. Most of orders leave the warehouse 3-5 days of payment. Shipping takes between 3-5 weeks. Usually faster.

Q: Can I get a refund? 

A: Yes within 30 days of purchase. The product must be sent back in its original package and intact. 

Q: Is the Quality Guaranteed?

A: Yes 100% guaranteed! If you are not satisfied with your product, please check out the refund policy.

Q: How can I get my tracking number?

A: Tracking numbers will only be available for purchases over $50.00 USD. The tracking number will be provided 5-7 days after your order has been placed. If you would like to request your tracking number please contact us at support@peakpack.com and we will provide your tracking details.
